Be aware of buying from them. I bought a hat from them and they sent me the wrong one saying that they do use a mystery selling system.

Customer service is a joke. Extremely rude and completely useless. Avoid this site at all costs.

I ordered a watch from these guys, but unfortunately it got stolen off of my porch. I told them my story, and even though it was no fault of the people at SuperheroStuff.com they were kind enough to give me a discount on another watch. I appreciate a business who supports its customers even when it has no obligation to. For that reason an there great products I give them a 5/5 I will be shopping with them for years.

The order I placed arrived in a very timely fashion, and was very nice quality. Due to no fault of their own, the item was slightly defective, so I reached out to customer service and within only a couple hours they agreed to send a replacement out at no cost to myself. Excellent customer service is an understatement!

I have been ordering from SuperHeroStuff.com for a few years now and the site always impresses me with the amount of available sizes and up to date merchandise. The t-shirts and sweatshirts are top quality. I have had to deal with customer service on a few occasions and they are quick to resolve my issues while being polite and courteous. I highly recommend SuperHeroStuff.com!

I ordered a couple of hoodies at their over inflated price tag and got no confirmation that my order went through. It didn't even appear in my bank. I reordered and then both orders showed up in my account. I just wanted to stop one order from going through. It took over a week of emails and repeated phone calls to get even a basic response from their customer service. At that point they had processed both orders and gave me a "sucks to be you" attitude. Don't buy here. It's nothing but an overpriced hassle from start to finish.

I have been ordering from SuperHeroStuff.com since 2013. Their catalogue of products when it comes to your favourite superheroes is second to none. Furthermore, the customer service team are quite helpful which is a rarity these days. Highly recommend to purchase their merchandise.

I just got another green lantern hat by new era, this time in black, with a glow in the dark logo. It has John Stewart on the inside lining which is awesome. I late night ordered a shirt I couldn't afford after getting a coupon code, and had buyers remorse this morning. Customer service cancelled my order for me,(as it wasn't fulfilled yet) and I immediately got a paypal refund. I was very thankful for their prompt help. Great customer service experience.

I ordered items for Christmas in September they were shipped on 29th September, on 9th October they were being returned to sender, I contacted them they replied with you need to confirm address for shipping company, I did this it is now 3 November they have ignored my last 3 emails according to tracking it is still sitting in limbo, hasn't even been returned. Uesless service, I've asked for them to reship my items or refund my money, no reply, would not recommend

Order a costume for my child. Delivery was fast and quality is great. When I had a question after I made the purchase they were fast and helpful to respond. Great selection too.
